The Front Range League was born in August 2024 with six founding member teams based in Colorado and Nebraska. Five teams were existing teams and were joined by the Colorado Springs Outlaws as a new entry. The FRL is an IRS-certified 501(c)6 mutual-benefit non-profit dedicated to serving our stakeholders and communities.
The FRL is continually seeking member teams who share a vision of mutual respect and healthy competition. All FRL teams agree to a code of conduct in the treatment of both their own teams and the teams that visit.
The mission of the FRL is to lead by example in treating our stakeholders well, enhance the quality of life in all our communities, and to promote personal and career growth in players, coaches and staff.
The FRL is operated by a Board of Directors with each team holding one spot on the Board.

Director of Broadcasting: Thad Anderson, Ft. Collins Foxes/NOCO Prospectors
A lifelong Colorado resident with two degrees from Colorado State University, Thad Anderson's broadcast career spans four decades across eight different sports ... with Baseball as the centerpiece. After six years in radio play-by-play and public address announcing, Thad served for 18 years as Executive Producer of Broadcasting and TV play-by-play broadcaster for Triple Crown Sports (along with serving as TCS's Director of Baseball). That was followed by a 10-year freelance play-by-play run with Pac-12 Networks, ESPN, SEC Network, CBS Sports Network, and others. During that time, Thad founded a play-by-play and production company, PxP Plus, LLC.
Thad serves as creator, producer, and host of Ballyard Baseball (baseball "Theater of The Mind" via YouTube and GameChanger with games played at the fictional Ballyard @ Sugar Lake) ... his two favorite teams in Ballyard Baseball: BombMob (the palindrome team) and Elite Prospects Gold Platinum Elite. He also does voiceover work and calls games in five sports on ESPN+ for the University of Colorado and the Big 12 Conference.
A youth baseball coach with multiple state titles over 28 years, Thad is Executive Director of the Fort Collins Baseball Club, a community-woven non-profit founded in 1961 that serves approximately 2,500 youth baseball players and their families each year. In his role with FCBC, Thad works closely with local high school baseball programs and served eight seasons as GM of Force Collegiate Baseball (formerly Fort Collins Bandits), 2023 Mile High Collegiate League Champions.
